The Better Posture™ Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Better Posture Shop. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product. Please ensure that the item is returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thebetterposture.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
